Heidi A. Hill

Heidi Hill worked for more than a decade as a magazine editor and freelance writer until she lost all sense of reason and successfully studied to become an RN. She also studied Medieval and Renaissance history at Oxford.

She lives with her husband and teenage son, two Australian Shepherds, and a very temperamental Maine Coon. When not at home, she may be found brushing horses and sometimes riding them, wandering the inland parts of Northern California, or traveling the US or Europe.

She began a sourdough starter and writing the Songless saga during quarantine. The first novel is The Desert.
